Booking information:

• Prices are in euros for 2 or 4 people per apartment per day excluding local tax.
• The local tax of EUR 1.70 per day and person over the age of 15 is charged extra.
• Depending on the apartment, the final cleaning fee ranges from EUR 50 to EUR 70 once per apartment and will be charged extra.
• The prices include bed linen, towels, bath towels, all crockery, electricity, heating and in summer the "Saalachtal Sommercard".
• A free parking space is available for each apartment in our carport at the front of our house.
• On the day of arrival, your apartments will be ready for occupancy from around 3 p.m.
• On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartments by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
• The reservation is considered fixed when the deposit (25% of the total amount) has been credited to our account.
• If we do not receive the deposit by the prescribed date, the reservation will be forfeited.
• The rest of the amount can be transferred before arrival or paid in CASH on the day of arrival.
• The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 apply.
